KSD can consider any range of deals to suit our client’s requirements. We believe that our model is particularly suited to local authorities, housing associations or government departments that may wish to make better use of land assets, but are not able to raise development finance or have access to development grants.

KSD is also seeking to arrange development and asset finance solutions for potential clients that will be supported by CNBM and/or investment banks.

Project or asset finance will usually be secured against the
- built assets
- future income streams
- bank or other secured finance
Or any combination of the above.
We will also consider any guarantees underwritten by government as a means of forward financing potential projects.
We will work with our clients to secure the best options. If clients prefer, we can liaise directly with their financial advisors, banks or other client representatives, at the initial planning phase of the project.
